One of our recent projects in Dublin involved a complete attic conversion, where we reimagined a previously underutilized space into a warm and inviting studio apartment. From the earliest planning stages, our goal was to create a versatile area that balances style, comfort, and practicality—all while maintaining the highest construction standards.

Our team began by constructing a solid timber frame structure and carefully planning the interior layout using wooden partitions to define each section. High-performance thermal insulation boards were installed to ensure the space remains energy-efficient and comfortable throughout the year. We also added new windows to bring in natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere that enhances the overall sense of space in the attic.

The finished project includes a fully functional kitchen, a cozy living area, and a private bedroom nook, combining modern amenities with a sense of charm and character. The result is a thoughtfully designed studio that feels both spacious and intimate. This comprehensive ground-floor renovation began with essential upgrades, including the installation of underfloor heating to provide efficient and consistent warmth throughout the home. We also carried out a complete rewiring of the electrical system, ensuring the property is up to modern safety standards and ready for today's smart living.

A major component of this project was the refurbishment of the bathroom. We installed a sleek heated towel rail and modern plumbing fixtures, including a new sink. The walls were finished with contemporary ceramic tiles, adding a luxurious and durable touch to the space. The hallway also received a complete transformation, with expert plastering work giving the walls a smooth, polished appearance, ready for painting or final decorative finishes.

To complete the transformation, our team laid elegant, high-quality tile flooring throughout the entire ground floor and fitted brand-new interior doors that add to the seamless and modern design. The final result is a bright, refined, and highly functional living area that reflects the superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.
